Phase	Timeframe	Description
Sunrise	Open: November 1st, 2010 UTC 00:00 Close: November 30th, 2010 UTC 23:59	Period during which holders of Eligible Trademarks will have the opportunity to submit a corresponding Application for the registration of a Domain Name in the .SO TLD. If more than one Applicant has submitted an Application during this phase for an identical Domain Name, such Domain Name will be registered following the outcome of an auction process.
Sunrise Auction	Open: December 1st, 2010	Auction for domains with more than one credible application.
Land Rush	Open: December 16th, 2010 UTC 00:00 Close: February 9th, 2011 UTC 23:59	Period during which any interested party shall have the opportunity to submit one or more Applications for Domain Names that were not previously registered or applied for during the Sunrise Processes, or otherwise reserved by the Registry or Restricted by this Policy. If more than two Applicants have submitted an Application during this phase for an identical Domain Name, such Domain Name will be registered following the outcome of an auction process.
Land Rush Auction	Open: February 10th, 2011	Auction for domains with more than one credible application.
General Availability	Open: March 1st, 2011 UTC 00:00	Period following Land Rush where available Domain Names can be registered on a first-come, first-served basis.
